AI-enabled tools, messaging platforms, and other third-party technology may support these systems, but RRG does not sell standalone software or guarantee a specific business outcome. Results depend on the client's lead volume, market, team execution, data quality, and other factors outside RRG's control.

Revenue Restoration Group does not guarantee specific revenue, sales, lead volume, conversion rates, or business outcomes. Any examples, calculations, or modeled scenarios are illustrative only and are not guarantees or forecasts of results.

3. No Guarantees / Earnings Disclaimer

Any examples of results are for informational purposes only.

We make no guarantees of:

• Income
• Profit
• Sales conversions
• Business growth

4. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information
• Granting system access (CRM, website, etc.)
• Responding to leads in a timely manner
• Implementing recommendations

Failure to do so may impact results.

5. Payments

• Fees are due as agreed in contracts
• Late payments may result in service suspension
• All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in contract

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, systems, workflows, and automations created by Revenue Restoration Group remain the intellectual property of the Company unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients receive a license to use delivered systems internally.

7. Limitation of Liability

Revenue Restoration Group is not liable for:

• Lost profits
• Lost revenue
• Business interruption
• Data loss
• Platform outages (e.g., GoHighLevel, SMS providers, etc.)

8. Third-Party Tools

We may use third-party CRM, communications, scheduling, AI-enabled, analytics, payment, and messaging platforms to support implementation and service delivery. RRG is not responsible for outages, policy changes, data issues, or other failures attributable to those third-party platforms.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate service if:

• Payments are not made
• Client violates agreement
• Abuse or misuse of systems occurs

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, United States.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time without prior notice.

SMS / Text Messaging Terms

Program description

Revenue Restoration Group sends text messages relating to assessment scheduling, appointment confirmations and reminders, service updates, and — where you have consented — occasional information about our services.

Consent

By providing your mobile number and checking the consent box on our forms, you agree to receive text messages from Revenue Restoration Group LLC at that number, including messages sent using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

Message frequency and cost
